2. Data we collect
When you contact us via our form, WhatsApp, telephone or email, we process the data you provide: typically your name, contact details, and the details of your enquiry (route, dates, number of passengers and any preferences). We also process technical data that your browser transmits when visiting the site.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare and arrange a booking, and communicate with you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. WhatsApp and messaging
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted and processed by WhatsApp Ireland / Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive information you do not wish to share through that channel.
5. Sharing with operators and partners
To arrange your flight, we share the booking details necessary to obtain availability and complete the booking with the relevant licensed aircraft operator. We do not sell your personal data. Service providers (e.g. hosting) process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
6. Hosting and analytics
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that does not track individuals across sites or store personal identifiers.
7. International transfers
Because we arrange flights across Europe and beyond, and because our service providers operate internationally, your data may be processed outside your home country, including outside the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable data-protection law.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as necessary to handle your request, fulfil the booking and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
